What data are required to register an account?
To register an account you have to only provide: your nickname which will be used on our forum and your authentic e-mail address. You will be also asked to set your password needed for login. Completing the rest of fields available in your profile is voluntary.
How long my account is active after registration?
Registration fee is collected on a one-off basis and an account is active for ever. User may be deleted only in case of breaking our service’s Rules and Regulations.
How to pay a registration fee?
You have to transfer money into our account via Dotpay online payment system. After transferring money you will be redirected to a website which will display an access code needed for registration.
How long do I have to wait for access code?
Access codes are displayed immediately after making a payment by the user. However if you encounter any problems with receiving an activation code please acquaint yourself with the following instruction.
What do I have to do when I didn’t get a code or it doesn’t work?
After transferring the money you should be redirected from your bank website to a storefront containing an access code. If redirection didn’t happen, please check your mailbox, you should be sent a message from transaction operator. If you still don’t see an activation code, please send a message to rozliczenia@fifam.info including the following details: Transaction number (transfer title), the date of transaction, message title – “Transfer – Complaint”. If your access code validity has expired and you were late to use it, please do as indicated above, however additionally include in the message a code you have received.
What else do I have to know before making a payment?
You have already acquainted yourself with basic information needed to begin a registration process on our service. However before you pay a registration fee, please acquaint yourself with our service’s Rules and Regulations. Keep in mind that starting the process of registration an account shall be deemed as the full acceptance of all provisions included in our Rules and Regulations, which means you have to obey them. Keep in mind also that in the case of breaking our Rules and Regulations you may be taken an account access away.
